  • API requests are stateless — we do not maintain persistent conversation history across API requests
  • API input messages and AI-generated responses are retained for up to 30 days for safety enforcement and abuse prevention, after which they are automatically deleted
  • API content is not used for model training or improvement purposes
  • API content is not reviewed by personnel unless required for safety enforcement or legal obligations, in which case only designated safety personnel may access flagged content
  • Usage metadata (token counts, costs, timestamps) is retained for billing and analytics purposes
